Firstly:Follow the table 1 to match the electrolyte density

Secondly: To the electrolyte density cools to room temperature.
Thirdly : To the electrolyte density inject to the battery, the surface of liquid higher than protective pieces 15-20mm,and then placed on the table waitting for it 4 hours.
Fourth: To the box of battery immerse in water,the surface of water height is following picture 1 ,need pay more attention to cannot beyond the monomer plastic shell.

Fifth: As shown in table 2 at the beginning of voltage and current of battery charging,The first stage while charging to the battery voltage of the monomer is generally rose to 2.4V, and then transfer to Second stage for Charging to the battery until the electrolyte severe risk rising air bubbles .Not only Voltage and Density should stability more than 4 hours, but also the charging capacity reached 4.5-5times of the rated capacity.

△Warning:
1.At any charging of battery situation,the electrolyte temperature shall not exceed 50℃,when the temperature nearly to 50℃,you must stop charging until the temperature is falling down.And then you can charge again.
2.Because the first time of charging is so longer approximately 72 hours,If not to the battery immerse in water , the temperature of electrolyte will more than 50℃
3.A great number of intelligent battery charger do not have the function which at the beginning of charging.
4.If The electrolyte density too low that will make the capacity is insufficient. If the electrolyte density too high that will shortened lifespan.
